Association General Meeting to gather feedback about future activities.

Dr. Sheree Cadman will be presenting to our members about the type of cognitive testing available for gifted or high achieving children, how to understand the results, and what to do with them.

It is often assumed that gifted children will have organisation and planning skills on par with their intellectual capacities. This is often not the case. If you are the parent or teacher of a gifted student, come and listen to Michele Juratowitch as she outlines Executive Functions and what we can do to support our gifted children to develop skills and strategies to launch a successful future.

Are you the parent or teacher of a gifted student with learning disabilities or differences? Join us for a screening of '2e : twice exceptional', a film that follows the journeys of students like yours.

There will be time for general questions and an informal discussion following the film.

With the new school year now underway, it's a great time to tune in, share your story and connect with other parents of Gifted & Talented Children.

The QAGTC Gold Coast Branch AGM will be held on Saturday the 14th of November via ZOOM 2.00 - 3.00pm.
All members are welcome.

Join us via ZOOM as we share our experiences of remote learning across a range of settings. We will outline some of our findings and observations from this time, sharing the views of students and adults, highlighting what has been learnt, and what can be acted upon as we move forward.
