QAGTC Annual General Meeting 2022

The Association strives to offer support to parents and educators in the education of gifted children.
The QAGTC Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held on Saturday 10th September 2022 NOW ONLY VIA ZOOM.
All registered attendees will be sent a link to the Zoom meeting.
Registration is required and the zoom link will be provided 2 hrs prior to the meeting.

Nominations for all positions are open to financial members.

You must log in and register for the event and be a financial member of the association as at 3rd September 2022.

Financial members of QAGTC can be nominated for SMC. Nomination Forms must be received by 3rd September 2022. Email completed nomination form to office [at] qagtc [dot] org [dot] au

If you are unable to attend, financial members are requested to submit their proxy.

Proxies are vital for QAGTC to elect a new committee and continue the work of the association.

Your proxy is important. If you cannot attend the AGM please provide your proxy by sending an email with the following text to office [at] qagtc [dot] org [dot] au

As a financial QAGTC member who will not be able to attend the AGM I appoint (name a financial member here) as my proxy to vote for me on my behalf at the annual general meeting of the Association, to be held on 10th September 2022 or at any adjournment thereof.
