Members are advised that the QAGTC AGM (State Management Committee) will be held on Monday 8th September from 7:00 pm to 8:00pm
If you wish to nominate to be on the State Committee for the 2025-2026 year which involves attendance at a meeting each month of the year and contributing to the management and operation of QAGTC for that year.
Complete and submit a nomination form by the 1st of September by email to office [at] qagtc [dot] org [dot] au (office[at]qagtc[dot]org[dot]au)
If you are unable to attend the meeting and are a financial member of the Association then please provide consider completing a proxy for indicating your representation by another person of QAGTCfor the meeting.
The Annual General Meeting of the QAGTC will be held via ZOOM meeting.
