You and your child are invited to participate in a research project looking at twice exceptional children's experiences of school. Participants need to be children aged between 7 and 15 years old, considered to be gifted or talented and who have a diagnosed disability (twice exceptional), and who currently attend school.
Carissa Luck, an Occupational Therapy Honours student (and her supervisor, Dr Laura Miller) at ACU are interested in understanding twice exceptional children’s experiences of school and seek to identify factors that enhance or hinder their motivation, engagement and performance in the school environment.
