Full registration includes attendance at all sessions, conference program including abstracts, tea/coffee on arrival, morning tea, lunch and Convivium (drinks, etc. 5pm Saturday—guests of delegates welcome to attend at cost of $15). Conference program and abstracts will be available at the registration desk on first day of attendance. Details will also be posted on the QAGTC website when finalised.
Registration fees are inclusive of GST and are due MONDAY 8 March 2009. Early registration numbers are required for catering planning.

Refund Policy: Full refund for cancellations before 5 March 2010. After that date, cancellations to be in writing ($50 fee will apply). Further requests for refunds to be considered by QAGTC Management. Registrations transferable on written advice.
Liability: Registration fees will be refunded in full if, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Conference is cancelled. In the event of industrial disputation, the conference organisers cannot be held responsible for losses incurred by delegates. Please make your own personal insurance arrangements.
This document will be a tax invoice when you make payment. Please retain a copy.
