Judith Hewton, DipT, BEd, MEdSt(UQ)

Judith managed the 'gifted and talented' program for Education Queensland from 1992 to 2001.
She is a teacher who conducts voluntary community-based workshops and courses in accelerated learning, particularly in the performing arts.
Judith is the author of several Senior syllabuses in Queensland - dance, music, music extension, and graphics - as well as reports in research & evaluation, such as case studies on gifted education. She is an editor and writer of the current gifted education policy and resource documents for Education Queensland. Judith works with all education systems and lobbies to improve educational prospects for gifted children.
