Kathy will speak on the programs offered for Years 10 to 12 at the three select-entry Queensland Academies, and also some other educational initiatives which the Academies are undertaking for younger children, for example the Young Scholars Program.
There will also be time for discussion and questions. The seminar will be useful for parents and teachers of gifted children at both the primary and secondary levels. Community members are also welcome to attend. Tea and coffee will be in plentiful supply, as will access to general information on gifted resources and contacts.
