Back for 2017!

Children's Challenge is being finalised. Great activities, catering for the mind of the gifted child will be offered on Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th June.

Volunteers needed for research project

Do you have a child aged 7-15 years who is twice exceptional?

Researchers are looking for volunteers are needed for a study to understand mastery motivation and engagement in school-based activities: perceptions of children who are twice exceptional and their caregivers.

To accelerate or not! Have your say!

Lynn Dare and Dr. Susen Smith, in a collaboration between UNSW and Western University, Canada, are seeking volunteer research participants for a research project about students’, parents’ and teachers’ beliefs about acceleration for high-ability students.

Would the research project be a good fit for you?
The study might be a good fit for you if:

  • You are a high-ability student ages 9 to 14 years, OR
  • You are a parent of a high-ability child (or children), OR
  • You are a teacher
