Come along and be a part of the discussion with our special guests for the evening. 

In an evening chaired by Professor Ken Wiltshire, Shadow Minister for Education - Ms Tracy Davis, will join with Ms Jacqui Wilton - Director of Curriculum Services, QCAA and Adjunct Professor Jim Watters to discuss issues related to the education of our gifted children in Queensland.

Prior to the evening, audience members will be able to submit questions and related issues for discussion by the panel. A balanced cross-section of the questions will be selected for the moderated discussion.

Together, we share a wealth of educational experience and knowledge of the greater educational landscape. Together we can voice our hopes and concerns about the education of our gifted children and generate worthwhile ideas and options for the future.

This is strictly a booking-only event. Entry on the evening can only be provided for pre-booked attendees. Bookings can be made through the QAGTC website with a free web-account.

Financial QAGTC members have direct booking access to confirm their places while non-financial (free-web account) members will be automatically placed on a waitiing list to be contacted and confirmed before the event if space permits.

  • Non-member cost: $2 donation

Payment details:

QAGTC Members are free - non members, please contribute $2 coin donation upon entry on the night. Attendance only with confirmed pre-booking. No ticket sales at the door.
