Registration for the 18th State Conference of QAGTC!
Please provide the necessary details to complete your conference registration. Use either of the methods below.
PAPER REGISTRATION:
Please click HERE to download a PDF Registration form. Print the form, fill in the details and mail to the QAGTC Office (address on the form) with your cheque to book your place in the conference.
ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION:
Please click HERE to go to an electronic form. Please take note of the payment options and printout the form before submitting electronically. Payment can be made via EFT or credit card over the phone during QAGTC Office hours.
